Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa practice emphasizes the movement between postures, and coordinates it with deliberate breathing. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga involves a series of seated and supine postures, typically held for 3-5 minutes at a time. During these prolonged periods of stillness, the yogi experiences a surrendering sensory awakening that melts away residual tension and stress. The focus is to find stillness and target the connective tissues throughout the body.
Guided Meditation
Guided meditation allows your body and mind to relax and let go of anything that may be causing stress or anxiety in your life. Holding this space helps to improve sleep, daily interactions and relationships, as well as self love and confidence.
